2. Services Company provides guided adventure trips, races, coaching services, and social gatherings (collectively, "Services"). All Services are subject to availability and Company's sole discretion.
3. Age Requirement You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or participate in any Services. By using this website, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
4. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT:
Participation in Company's Services, including trail running, hiking, paddling, swimming, and other outdoor activities in remote locations, involves inherent risks including but not limited to serious injury, disability, or death.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any Services.
You waive, release, and discharge Company, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising from your participation in Services or use of this website.
This waiver applies even if injury or damage results from Company's negligence or other fault.
5. User Responsibilities You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) comply with all applicable laws; (c) not interfere with website operations; and (d) participate in Services at your own risk with appropriate fitness levels and equipment.
